I am a hands-on Lean Technician with manufacturing experience in machine operation, maintenance, welding, quality inspection, and continuous improvement. I progressed through five roles at a tube and conduit manufacturing facility, from general labor and machine operator to line lead and Lean Technician. I can perform TIG, MIG, and stick welding, support machine setup and troubleshooting, operate forklifts, inspect product quality, and help teams improve efficiency through 5S and Kaizen practices. I am safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable leading safety meetings and training coworkers on procedures. Fluent in English and Spanish, I also bring strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills from fast-paced food service roles.
