Greek Union is an app for fraternities and sororities, and we are running a $10,000 cash prize for the top chapter in the country. We are hiring Virginia Tech students to get Greek houses signed up. WHAT YOU'LL DO Work Greek row and knock on fraternity and sorority house doors, weekday afternoons and early evenings β that is when houses are occupied. Ask for the president, social chair or recruitment chair. Any of those three can put an entire house on the app with one text. Give them a 20-second pitch, hand them a flyer, and ask them to drop it in their house group chat while you are standing there. Put up flyers as you go. Follow your campus's own rules about where flyers may be posted. If a spot needs approval or a stamp, get it β do not post anywhere your university does not allow. WHAT YOU GET PAID $40 for each completed shift (about 3 hours), paid on proof. $100 for every chapter you sign up, paid once the chapter is verified and reaches 10 members. One download earns nothing; a house of ten earns you $100. Chapter payments are posted to you as a separate bounty once verified, so the money is real and in your name before you accept it. $150 instead if you are the first person to land a chapter at a brand-new campus. Two chapters in one shift is $240. There is no cap. WHAT YOU MUST RECORD β THIS IS HOW BOUNTIES GET PAID For every house you pitch, write down the exact chapter name in Greek letters (e.g. ΣΠ/ Sigma Nu), the university, and who you spoke to and their role. We match your list against sign-ups in our system. If we cannot match it, we cannot pay it. FLYERS You will be sent the flyer to print once you are accepted. Post your photos in this chat as you go β the chat accepts 5 images per message, so send several messages rather than one. GOOD TO KNOW This is in-person work in Blacksburg, VA. You need to be able to get to Greek row on weekday afternoons.
We need 30 people in San Francisco to hold a promotional sign in high-foot-traffic areas on Friday, 8/28 from 10am to 2pm. Every worker gets their own individual assigned location β no two people are sent to the same spot. Locations are chosen for heavy founder, investor, and tech-worker foot traffic: places like Founders Inc at Fort Mason, Corgi Cafe on Claude Lane, Salesforce Park, the Ferry Building, Frontier Tower, Sightglass Coffee, South Park, and Mint Plaza. What you'll do: - Pick up your sign at 9:15am at 300 Grant Ave, Suite 500, San Francisco, CA 94108 (Hanwha AI Center) β this is DOWNTOWN at Grant & Sutter, near Union Square, a short walk from the Montgomery St or Powell St BART & Muni stations. Meet the coordinator out front for your sign and a short briefing. - Head to your assigned spot, which is sent to you in the bounty chat once you're accepted, and be set up by 10am. - Hold the sign visibly and stay at your assigned spot from 10am to 2pm. - Every 15 minutes, post 2 selfies with a visible timestamp showing you at your spot holding the sign, via the bounty chat. We check these timestamps to confirm you stayed the full shift. - After 2pm, return the sign to 300 Grant Ave, Suite 500, San Francisco, CA 94108 (Hanwha AI Center), at Grant & Sutter downtown β the same address you picked it up from. Pay is $80 total for the 4-hour shift. Payment is NOT same-day β the work is approved the same day, then earnings clear a short review window, then a withdrawal to your bank takes 1-2 business days. If you need cash the same day, this is not the right job. Stay on public sidewalks and public areas the whole time. Do not go inside businesses, block entrances, hand anything out, or claim you represent any venue. If staff or security asks you to move, step to the nearest public sidewalk and tell us in the chat β that will not affect your pay. You do NOT need to bring or make your own sign β one is provided at pickup. Once accepted you must confirm your spot from your My Bounties page within 2 hours or the system automatically releases it to someone else.
